The Placebo Talk Course

The Problem: The stress response is vicious. Stress kills and maims and does so, silently and covertly.

It has caused you to make poor decisions, to have responded poorly to others, and it is most certainly to blame if you have been in a bad relationship.

It has caused your skin to age and may be responsible for 80% of all illness that you have suffered from in the past or that you are suffering from now.

The Solution: Learn to create and use relax response placebos to help you heal and become more successful and also to learn to make improvement a habit.

I created ‘The Placebo Talk’ program, so I could share the methods that I use and have used to reduce stress and to enhance healing in my life.

The best definition of the term placebo is ‘something tending to soothe’. The placebo effect is the soothing. My 'something' is a learned skill that you can use as needed. I teach easy-to-use skills that can create placebos on demand.

The Placebo Effect: Thought, can be a powerful healing means when given the chance. Your mind can convince your body that any treatment, like energy healing (a placebo), is a real thing and that it works. You can teach yourself to believe that such  ideas (placebos) work and that belief creates the placebo effect.

My placebo effect skills turns down your sympathetic nervous system. Your sympathetic nervous system is your stress response mechanism.

My placebo effect skills also teach you skills to turn up your parasympathetic nervous system. Your parasympathetic nervous system is your relaxation response mechanism. The relaxation response turns on your internal healing system.
